Refund Policy

Custom-made products
Because made-to-measure and custom-made products are produced for an individual client, they are generally not eligible for return or change-of-mind refunds once fabric has been cut or production has begun.
Deposit and cancellation
Before production begins, contact Maison Aurevon promptly to request a cancellation review. Any refund of a deposit is assessed against confirmed consultation, fabric reservation and preparation costs. Once production has started, the deposit is normally non-refundable.
Quality concerns
If an item arrives damaged, materially different from the confirmed specification or affected by a manufacturing fault, contact us with your order reference and clear photographs. We will assess repair, remake, replacement or refund options in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
