Production time
Each Maison Aurevon order is reviewed before production. Typical production timing is confirmed after fabric, measurements and styling details are approved. Seasonal demand, fabric availability and alteration requirements may affect the final schedule.
International shipping
Maison Aurevon serves clients internationally. Delivery options, estimated transit time and carrier availability are confirmed for your destination before dispatch. A tracking reference is provided when available.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and local handling charges may apply outside the dispatch country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address changes and delivery issues
Contact us promptly if a delivery address changes. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered dispatch. If a parcel is delayed or damaged in transit, contact Maison Aurevon with your order reference so we can assist with the carrier.
